在这段岁月里，我目睹了时光在他们身上留下的印记。他们的面庞刻上了岁月的纹路，身形也不再矫健如昔。然而，他们的眼眸中却流露着深邃的宁静与平和。每当我在那里时，能感受到他们对健康与安好的期盼，对生命的珍视。这令我忆起《心经》里的那句：“观自在菩萨，行深般若波罗蜜多时，照见五蕴皆空。”在此过程中，我仿若也在“照见”着他们生命中的万象。那处充满温暖与关爱的所在，工作人员们悉心照料着每一个人，让他们在晚年能感受到如家般的温暖。而金刚经中所强调的“无相”与“无我”，也使我对这段经历有了更深刻的领悟。在与他们相处的过程中，我不再执迷于自我的存在，而是将自身融入到他们的世界。我学会了倾听他们的往昔，感受他们的喜怒哀乐。这些朋友，他们历经风雨，历经人生的波澜起伏。他们的故事，乃是岁月的沉淀，亦是生命的馈赠。
在这段时光中，我明白了生命的无常与珍贵。我们无法预测未来，但我们能够珍惜当下，以爱去温暖彼此的人生旅程。最后，我想用一句话来纪念这一天，亦纪念这段难忘的经历：“在时光的长河里，我们皆为过客，但我们可用爱去温暖彼此的旅途。”
Yesterday, I stepped into a place in Dayi, which is full of vitality and tranquility. During this period, I have been running around outside, stepping into many places and meeting a group of special friends.From May to July, I went through a unique journey and had an intersection with those lives that have gone through the vicissitudes of time.
During this period of time, I witnessed the marks left by time on them. Their faces were marked with the lines of time, and their figures were no longer as vigorous as before. However, their eyes reveal a deep sense of tranquility and peace.Whenever I was there, I could feel their expectations for health and well-being, and their cherishment of life. This makes me remember the sentence in the Heart Sutra: "Guan Zi Zai Pu Sa, when practicing the deep prajñāpāramitā, sees that all five aggregates are empty." In this process, I seem to also be "seeing" the myriad phenomena in their lives.That place filled with warmth and care, the staff there take good care of everyone, so that they can feel the warmth like home in their old age.And the "no form" and "no self" emphasized in the Diamond Sutra also gave me a deeper understanding of this experience. In the process of getting along with them, I no longer am obsessed with the existence of myself, but integrate myself into their world.I learned to listen to their past and feel their joys, sorrows and joys. These friends, they have gone through wind and rain and the ups and downs of life. Their stories are the precipitation of time and also the gift of life.
In this period of time, I understood the impermanence and preciousness of life. We cannot predict the future, but we can cherish the present and warm each other's life journeys with love.Finally, I want to use a sentence to commemorate this day and also commemorate this unforgettable experience: "In the long river of time, we are all passers-by, but we can use love to warm each other's journeys."
